I'm not on the do not hire list but I'm not allowed to be hired in HxHD...

As the title says..

I am not on the do not hire list.
Yet when I ask to rejoin HxHD as Normal staff, I receive the answer "8Freak8 says you cant"

I have several arguements against this, and I never seem to get any good replies, apart from "talk to 8Freak8", so I thought I'd see with you guys (the forum) if I'm being fair...

Number 1) Freak has a right to dislike me. But he hasn't spoken to me in 6 months. Am I wrong in saying people change? Grow up maybe? Learn from mistakes?

Number 2) Freak has nothing to do with the future of HxHD as he has left habbo(x), so why should he decide that.

Number 3) Many staff have said I would be welcome back as normal staff (including Nvrspk), yet they have been IGNORED.

Number 4) Nvrspk who knew me THEN and NOW, and has worked at the desk throughout does not seem to be allowed a say on the matter, or a say that counts anyway (but that really is a completely new topic which im not going to go into)

I've been told I can join other Habbox Departments, so is it fair that I should be kept away from the help desk?

It's not as though I was fired for anything to do with the Help Desk. I never did anything wrong to HxHD. I believe it's fair to say that I did quite a lot FOR it actually.

I'm not looking for a response from Management. Because I don't think there is anything else that can be done. I just want to know the people's opinions.

You was a very good manager and i think now nvrspk i the new manager and deals with staff problems i think he should have he last say. +If he said that then i dont see why you shouldnt be allowed back.

its just habbo.. its not the end of the world =\

I spend more time in HxHD than some of the staff already.

Its not as though I ever did any harm to the desk.

I've been trying, staff have been trying, all we get is "talk to freak"

ITS IMPOSSIBLE TO TALK TO FREAK HE HAS FOUND HIMSELF A LIFE OFF HABBOX.

He hasnt visited the forum in 3 weeks!

As normal staff yes, but I wouldn't give you any promotions myself because of the way you acted last time.

but tbh if the manager was to promote me for working hard; i wouldnt deny it, but that would be for working hard in the second chance.

you always need to prove yourself after making mistakes.

MADs response was: "He has told sierk, I do not need to know anymore than that"

Sierk's was "I do not know why Freak does not want you in HxHD"

He was great manager last time
He should be allowed to just join as normal staff :(

In my opinion, you were a great manager last time and I think you should be given a second chance

i didnt want to make this public.

but as i had no joy after a week of PM conversations, i had no choice.

A high percentage of desk staff (including myself) think that you were a great manager (one of the best in fact), and that you should be allowed another chance. You made a very good manager, and despite some mistakes, you would be a great addition to the team imo.

Well as the Help Desk is now owned by Nvrspk4 I think that he and Mad with Sierk's approval should allow you back as Help Desk staff if they are happy about it. What about Seacat? What does he think? =]

Is it a bad time to say Habbox is an unorganised chaos? In cases like this, they don't really solve problems most the time and just leave it to go in a big circle where nothing gets solved. I beleive in everyone deserves a second chance, depending on what they have done, but considering it can't be anything bad considering you're a member on this forum and not continiously banned, then it must of been something small.

Also as nvrkjsky (that's his new name as I forget what it is on a regular basis) is the HxHD Manager, then he, as Manager, has a right to say who and who is not allowed to work for HxHD. So Mad needs to stay out, because he doesn't even know what is happening and sierk is neutral, so I don't see why you're not allowed to workf or HxHD.

Oli I havn't really spoken to you much all we've really said to each other is hi but from what I've seen your an awsome guy and may I add it was when Oli was manager I decided to try and get reced which later led to me getting a job when wiseben was in charge

yeah I started hanging in the desk a couple of weeks before you left/sacked w.e so didn't get time to get reccomended (sp?) when you were in charge
