Some people are prime candidates for winning, however some people also make giveaways and such for people to vote for them... A bit pathetic really. +Rep mate for finding that, hopefully it'll come soon!
Lol, this year on .fi they banned like 3500 habbos from using programmes to vote for themself, Apprently it was for using malicous tools or something.
