My friends boyfriend always goes red he has come condition, its quite funny as he will be standing there and he then is bright red and it looks patchy, makes him look like a clown/tranvsesite

Get a blood test if your that worried about it.
My friend gets this all the time, he goes bright red like a cherry, I think it is something to do with your blood pressure.
You need to continue your puberty.
When your going red it means you arent sweating properly when you are older you will realise more sweat instead of going red. Hapend to me when i played basketball i got all hot an red not nice.. Btw dont be looking forward to not being red. As oh sweating more it 10x worse lawl.
