Well I'm in year 8 and I got an 8.4 for Maths (124/150)

I've only got my Maths so far:
Tier: 6-8
Score: 105
Level: 8
Last year for my yr 9 i got
Maths - 6a was 2 marks off getting a 7c
Science - 6a
English - 7c
The national ciriculum levels for KS3 SATs do not go up to level 8 for english >.>Quote:

english ones are always delayed.
Maths did the 6-8 paper and got a level 7
science did the 5-7 paper and got a level 6
I'm quite dissapointed tbh , i got higher in my mocks than i did now >.<

Apparantly this year theyre being marked with machines, cause at the side of the paper itself there was like this bar graph for the machine to mark in :) lol
Well i've only got my maths back and i got a level 6 97/105 marks and I did tier 4-6, and well i'm pressuming i get my science results tomorrow in double science guess i will wait and see, but i will have probably done rubbish ha :P
@habboiskrouts no the papers were marked by examiners as we got are maths ones back and it was marked by an examiner ;)

Science 5-7 dunno - level 6 , was told i was 2 marks off a level 7
I am in year 9 and I have only had the Maths so far, I got a 5A but I forget which paper, so I have just got past the Foundation Level :)
I think the Science Papers have arrived in school but we haven't been given them yet, english teachers aren't expecting the English Papers to arrive until summer holidays.
SATs dont mean anything, so I wouldn't be too worried if you did badly. I got Lvl 5 for all my SATs, but for my GCSEs, Ive done really well, and I just know Ive done better then my SATs. [Will find out 23rd Aug]
And also to the people who are like 'OMG, I got Lvl 6 I DID SO BAD' Get real plz, Lvl 6 is above average.

English is pathetic tbh, In my school they do set for next year and go by SATs and they can't do that for english now. lmaooo.
i should get mine on monday. i will be really upset if i got less than 7 in maths, i got 7 in my trials. and i was about 5marks of a 7 in science too. and english we dont get till like august, ill probably get a 6.
when i took my SATs i got three 7a's.
and like someone said above, it doesn't matter what you get at SATs level, so if you didn't do as well as you wanted, don't worry about it. i mean i came top in my year for science & i had to resit every science module in year 11, so they don't mean anything (;

Got mine back this week too. I was hoping for all sixes because I didn't want a weakness but I got...
Maths- (5-7 paper) 6.5 (6b)
Science- (3-6 paper) 5 (He just said the level and not the . something after). I wanted the . so I could tell if I was high/medium/low 5. Tbh I don't see why our teacher put some of our class in for the 3-6 paper (top set) when he knew we were all going to get at least a 5 :rolleyes:. Maths I'm quite happy with just English to go now... :)
