We both want to do **** i'm okay with this but is there any risks to me? I know the obv like sti's but can it harm my body ? and to gay guys who practice this is it painful? Lube will be used of course pepermint lube at that.

I've heard massaging your "more tender area" during **** can help you relax and make the muscles release meaning it's less painful. You (or he) could masssage it while the tip is going in. Also it would be a good idea to be nice and chilled out about the situation which means your mucles will relax. And of course lube will help.
