New Rights system, this is me with my cousin, Daniel AKA Bunshow [Bunsher Wannabe :P]
Anyhoo, as you notice the Give Rights is a scroll down bar.

When you click the arrow, a drop down bar appears. Same as Shout/say/whisper box. Click one of the circles to choose that one.
Door rights = Only open doors eg.

Now you can double click the door or click it and click open, that is door rights.
Kicking rights = You can only kick
Give Rights = Give all Rights!

This would come in VERY HANDY for Staff at help desks, etc. And very handy for moderators. And for trusted peeps :P
