Ok. No matter what I do, sigs wont show in my VB. I know it must be a problem with one of the templates, because I reinstalled the VB and it worked fine until I restored my database. Any ideas what could be wrong?

Edit: Make sure you have Show Signature checked when you post. any posts you psted before you checked that box will not show your sig,.

I think you need to allow the IMG code.
*sigh*, thats not the problem. Signatures arent showing in posts. I can see them in profiles, but thats it.

Im also having this problem to, One thing I havnt tried is dropping the sql tables?
try the vb forums, i dunno them i not got a vb forum

are you all using the same vBulletin, or other's and what versions are you all using (if not the same vBulletin)
As if you've updated to the very latest this could be the reason and infact a error with vBulletin, it can happen sometimes with new release's (that's if the new release is out, i havent checked!)
Anyway, make sure IMG tags are shown and that POSTBIT templates have not been edited if they have make them default OR create a new style which is not linked to any other's and do they appear in posts then? if so then you've edited the $signature command, though i also suggest if that doesnt work to make all phrases default, and any languages edited, if none of that works make sure in the vBulletin Forum Manager "[IMG] tag is enabled" otherwise they wont work within the threads.
I would suggest check usergroups to allow [IMG] in signatures, but you've said they show on profiles so that doesnt matter.
Well I have 3.6.7 and I reverted the Postbit templates to default and created a new default style. None of that worked :( Even text in sigs aren't showing. Nothing is at all. It's so strange.

Though if you've made a new style and that didnt effect reverting any templates wouldnt really matter, i would suggest do a database repair but you said signature's appear on profile's just not within posts, what hacks/plugins do you have installed?
And maybe run the debug mode
