I'd put pillows in the booths rather than the gothic chair things, looks good though.
Very original, as has been said above the gothic looks out of place.
If you have enough (which i wouldnt doubt for a second) I would suggest you put a line of trophies above the dice at the back to continue the pattern in the corner. The space above the booths looks a bit empty.

I love the snow and petal effect. Change the gothic chairs, lower the back dices a bit, I think maj's would look good or pillows in the dealing spot :]

Lowering the dices and removing the gothic and filling up the space behind dices would be the cherry on top of a good casino :)

I like the room, but the petal & snow patch idea isnt original, seen it loads of times.
