To be honest, I've been shocked abuot the nellies and birdbaths this summer. I thought they would have shot up again! But I think people have become too greedy for profit so it would never happen!

Falling visitor numbers are to blame :(

I'm glad of the Holiday resort comp because i finally sold my sand floors for profit! :D

Aren't we about 10,000 users down at peak compared to last year ?

Id say in all the eyars I have been on habbo the highest I saw was 15,000.
last year I would say averagely 10,000 on so we probs like about 4000-6000 users.
My reasons for this:
People being scammed all there furni, so quit
Just bored from lack of comps (or decent comps)
Just too old
Who knows why but most of them have gone down loads, lol.

I don't get how falling visitors is to blame.. :S. It probably is but

More visitors = more rares being bought, therefore more of them in circulation
Less visitors = less rares being bought, therefore less of them in circulation making them 'rarer'.. :S. but yeah

You cant really say that habbo is falling in visitors because .com, .ca, and other hotels have become more popular. There's plently of people quitting uk for .com and whatnot.

Yeh, just goes to show, don't buy rares that cost alot, unless you really want to.

Whatever happened to the dj deck anyway, i've been away so long. It was a super when i last visisted.

2007 is the year of the poor, theres no ecko's, no btw's, no pitch's, no balv's, instead of having a couple of incredibly rich people there is a fair amount of *decently rich* people, because most of the really rich people sold all their stuff on :rolleyes:....
Theres a hell of a lot more people trading for profit, instead of what I used to trade for, if it looks good in a room. Dinos make a casino, to even attempt to have a casino without dinos is lunacy, but people just trade for profit profit profit now, and with thrones so strong and popular, stuff will keep going down and down until its barely 20hc for a dino.

We all saw it coming. Ill give habbo UK 2 years max to survive until its a dead game with under 100 users.

Its not the beginning of the end until they do the dreaded "you tell us what rare you want and we'll do it, as long as you give us shameful amounts of money and an extra 20 users a day" poll on which rare to release next, or bring callie back in a stupid attempt at restoring habbo to its past "glory".

A hell of a lot of people are leaving :(

But its not just the users making the popularity fall, Sulake is making more hotels, taking away the users that arent from the UK. Updates arent like "OMG! UPDATE!" any more, its just "oooh, update. nice, whens the next one?" From what ive seen, the competitions have been poor at best. Theyre lowering the quality of their own game by trying to make it better, and on a game where the main appeal is the community and not the actual game, thats a bad thing to do.

If sulake had an ounce of sense theyd bring back the old nav, then at least the people who could clone would just to get on pop, that'd hide any user-leaving problems.. I thought that would be the main feature of v15, but what do we know, they made it, its only fair they destroy it?

less users is a good thing I think.
that way you don't get all the trash of the scammers etc, only dedicated people would stay on there tbh

to scam you have to be some sort of addict, so youd just end up with scammers scamming each other

the fact that last year there was usually about 15,000 people on at the same time and now there are usually at most 6,000 is to blame mostly because there is no demand for the rares that there was last year
