my eye used to do that aswell. it did it for a few minutes then stopped, then it didnt do it until the next day.. i got used to it really, it stopped a few months ago though.. don't think its anything to worry about.

I don't know if it's true but a while back I heard that if you drink a lot of soda/caffeine/sugary stuff your eye will twitch lol. Mine used to twitch a lot aswell.
It could be the following:
Lack of sleep
Overuse of computers
Drugs
If you do any of them get more sleep, you'll need it.
The eye is not like the muscles in your arm, the eye muscles cannot be relaxed like the arm or leg. It takes time.
