I absolutely love it. I downloaded it and I've seen it twice now and it is just amazing. The main characters are good but the acting of the extras is a little suspicious but all in all it is a great movie!
The songs are like INFECTIOUS seriously! You'll be singing them all day, especially "Work This Out". The movie is very romantic, it almost brings a tear to my eye. It is just a great feel-good movie.. where everything ends well. It's very "Disney" but still xD
Yeah, can't wait for Number 3 which will be released in the cinema rather than on TV! Woo!
All I noticed were the songs sounded really computer generated and as well as terrible acting they all lipsynched really badly as well.
I tried to avoid watching the first one as much as possible but the way people went on about it I kinda had to :P
I thought the first one was bad even though I watched it all through and I can't imagine the 2nd one being anything special but ya I'll probably watch it at some point :]
i started watching the 2nd one but omg so boring i stopped wtaching it.
Second one was alot better than the first. Great build up by the Disney Channel So much better than the first. And yes I admit it I was upset when Gabrell and Troy where singing together and she went into the car.

I didn't watch all of it , i watched around 30 minutes of it , they actually showed the whole story line and songs in the build up so it was kinda boring , I must have to admit that the girls in the movie were fit.

I thought the build-up was crap and gave to much away!
Anyway, about number 3 there still talking about whether to keep Vanessa as gabriella.
Overall I liked the film. The bigger budget meant it looked so much more polished than number one. The acting was much better, the cheese a little more self-aware, and the sentimentalilty not as over the top. It was a bit let down by the songs, as they weren't as memorable as the ones from the original (though I'm sure as we hear them more they'll infect us all), but What Time Is It, You Are The Music In Me, and One For All were great. Also, while there were some good jokes/funnies, I don't think they were as good as in the first.
Very enjoyable, I hope the standard is continued for the third - which is rumoured to be having a cinema release!
