I can't really say if Wow is better than RS.. it is in my opinion, but RS has it's limitations because it's only a browser based game. If you're willing to pay an extra fiver a month for better graphics, a better community and other stuff, go ahead.
Yeah, that would be one of the safest ways of getting it.
