Goodbye Grandad

Thought I would like to share.

My granddad just died 13 mins ago. :'(

And you're on the computer, why? RIP and sorry for your loss :), if you don't mind me asking- how did he die? Illness or age etc.

Lung cancer, and because he's at the hospital and I can't get there... I was also online when I was told :(

I know it might not be much consolation, but I'm sure he went knowing that his grandson cared; and I can't think of much in life that can be better than the knowledge that there are people in the world who wouldn't be there if it weren't for you, and that they truly love and care for you, no matter how cheesy that sounds.

If you're looking for sympathy then I never saw either of my grandads let alone when I was young, so yeah you're not the only one.

Sorry to hear this. Let him Rest In Peace. I feel very sorry for you, same happened to my Dad's Dad a few years ago. I was about 12 when he died.
