Anyways i wouldn't call him safe/unsafe.
I work along side him and he is the best dude, he is completly safe... i bet ur thinking he's onyl saying that because he works with him but i assure you if he did anything i'd put his balls down his throat :}

If he did scam you, you could open a paypal dispute anyway something else would be coming his way ;)

As L!nk said, If anything did go wrong you could just open a PayPal Dispute (Of course, If you are using PayPal that would apply)
