I think it means no members online :)

It was straight after the update, all rooms were empty and stuff so it could be.

I never realised it did that lol.
Must have to get fair low though.

Yeah, I think it does too.

Lowest ive seen was 1 Habbo online. Just after it went down for maintenance, i was like first or 2nd to get on :P was fun :)
