3 people won them today for the story quest thing!, Unsure if the have them atm.. there will be 5 in total once the FF ones have been given out! Purple and red are my fav icms :D best v7 rares imo.

if there are only 5-10 given out i think this could be 10t plus rare as its nice and very popular amung people.
