Sort of a debate, did Gerry and Kate McCann have any part to play in the dissapearence/death of Madeline.
I personally think they do, no sign of a break in to their appartment, only a window left open in the house, Kate McCan washes Maddie's bear after her disapearence (possibly a trace of fresh blood). Trace's of Madelin's blood found in the car 28 days after her disapearence.
It's horrible tosay but something is not right about the whole thing.

Im not so sure on this one why would they kill maddie shes soo sweet u no but y kill maddie n not the ova too but then again i dnt think they did they ave been grieving for months on end they probs cnt sleep at nite. y wuld a mother n father kill their own daughter. n y wuld they leave a 3 yr old wif two 2 yr olds alone on a family holiday so they can go to the resturant. cmon get real im like nearyl 15 n my mum dnt let me stay alone on mah own all da time lol
Maybe it was an accident, if not on purpouse, and i think thats what pourtugese think aswell, thats why they offered that deal if she admits to killing Maddie accidently and disposing of the body she will face just two years.Quote:

I think they killed her accidently, then im confused about the rest, stored her body, dumped it, burnt it ? I dont know3 and i dont really want to, because if they have got anything to do with it thats just messed up.

I think they are hiding something, Its obviously madeliene is dead and i think it was some sort of accident for example: she was 4 years old right? everyone knows 4 year olds can make up in the middle of the night, so im thinking she woke up was wondering where the parents where she looked around the apartment thing and killed herself accidently by something and when they got back hid whatever

Theres always been somthing suspicious with the parents in my opinion, alot of it seems fishy. I think the portugese police are idiots! The didnt forensicly examine the apartment until after 1 month in which another family had been in the apartment. They also didnt examine properly such as they walked over the walkway which could of shown shoe prints and they used the wall to put supplies on it, when they examined the shutters the powedered it first instead of examining for finger prints.
Another theory that has come up is that they gave her a sleeping pill overdose
all 3 kids were given tablets to sleep
but one of the parents came back and maddie wasnt asleep
so gave her more
which is very bad as you arent even meant to have any under 18yrs old
but yeah they accidently killed her
and hid the body
It's a load of rubbish, the McCanns only hired the car 25 days AFTER maddy disappeared.

but you know as a grown adult that accidents happen & it's better to speak up then hide it or it'll end up with a horrible result in the end.
& any mother & father would not want to leave the country where their daughter went missing.
a loving parent would be on tv every second bawling their eyes out begging for people to come forward.
they would be helping in the search.

edit; also, to shok, if madeleine accidentally killed herself you wouldn't come back from eating & be like oh no she killed herself honey let's go hide the body.
no, you'd scream & cry because you just found your daughter, dead.
& the screaming alone would cause a commotion & big crowds of people to come.
but if she accidentally killed herself, they would have no reason to hide her.

It is weird like, but..
If all the alibis they have are true, the time line makes it impossible for the body of Maddie to be hidden, I would have thought. 30min before Kate discovered Maddie was missing, another doctor checked on the kids and they were all there, safe and sound. When Kate arrivied to check on them (30min after the friend has) Maddie was gone. She called the police 10min later. I presume Kate was looking frantically for Maddie during those. 10min after calling, the police arrived. That leaves 20min at an absolute maximium, for Kate to kill Maddie, and then hide the body in such a place, that it wouldn't get found.
Going of the alibis, it's just not possible for Kate to have killed her. Unless.. the friend of the McCanns who had checked on the kids 30min previous to Kate, is also in on the crime.
