Lol and it was only this morning i had a pm saying it isnt against forum rules :P
tbh, i dont have a clue either...
i found a thread the other day in services n jobs there saying it was against forum rules...
so i told jimi he deleted it cos we never seen this thread before... then its on specific forum rules.. so then i remade the the stickied thread in the services subforum.. so i guess its one of mads new rules.. idk
if it is he could of told jimi or someone lol
so untill mad says something i aint unlocking any threads.

Runescape rules are not as enforced as runescape rules because Habbox is a habbo fansite and not a runescape fansite, however to clear this up PM Mad and im sure he will make an anouncment in the Runescape forum :)
Not aloud, easily scammable, one of the reasons why its against the rules.
