Not too sure if I like it or not..
Sorry i have to say it before someone else the fotn is rather hard to read :(! but i love the idea it looks pretty nice.
This is what comes to my mind:
- The navigation is hard to read and not user-friendly
- The font used for the nav and title, well i hate that font, it can be nice, but mostly its not that nice.
- It doesnt really give me that radiosite feeling

- About the nav, try a normal font, brighter color and maybe dont center it
- About the font, with that font i suggest not to add a line to it as it messes up them sparks on it, and also try a brighter color.
- It just doesnt make me feel like a radio site, id suggest to add some pictures and use other colors. Check this one for example: www.fearfm.nl

I tidied the font up:
teh sex<3 althought wouldnt use it as a radio site though, but its v nice;)!

could u show layout with new wmp in corner instead of tah old one it might look better

I don't like the navigation; just doesn't look practical.
It's also very too small.
Kinda reminded me of your signature but to think properly you prefer more profesional typed layouts :) bit like tehupload (well u made it but) :)
