i think about 3k to 5k mate not sure tho
3k-4k for 3 dose about 5k-6k for 4 dose.

All your health and a little more i think but it lowers your other stats so you need super restore.

btw, it depends on how much hp u have, it heals more then shark if ur hp is above 88-92+ i think.
Max it heals is 16, doing a shark > pot combo makes you heal the most ingame.. a 36.
