I went for the first time ever and got rubbish loot.
There first one is from killing a few gods and then some random stuff to get up to 10 KC.

Make sure you kill all 6 or you're just gonna get junk. :(
personally, i would recommend getting a kill count of between 13 and 16.
that way you will also have a chance of getting some bloods and racks with the reward

all of the times ive got a barrows or other good item was when i got kill counts of 12 or higher
6 kill count is fine, you can get bloods/bolt racks with just 6, but it is better to get 10+
