I thought Sam broadcast III had an auto player in it? 0_o.. you add the playlist, it plays them like windows media player, no DJ is needed. I'm not sure if it's version 3, but I used Sam B. for auto DJ'ing.
make a php script so that when the radio is online the radio player is displayed whens its offline a media player is displayed playing a saved playlist :S
I sell cheap Auto-Djs on a Cast-Control owned server so its reliable. Check out the site if you want more details.
Unless you want to host your own then you need ALOT of bandwidth, some space to store the songs, and SHELL access. Then just upload the sc_trans i think then run it, maybe check it with cron and bish bash bosh it works :)
