I notice the absence of CHA!NGANG not shouting Helkat's name to the high heavens, above Lost_witness in fact... Intrieguing. Meh, Helkat did the same job Lost_witness did, only she got involved and may have managed her time better than someone who has to do the actual paperwork and stuff.
