Was 50/50 on posting this or not but i'm feeling slightly depressed today, i'm not sure why i expect posting it to help but
Aww hmm why, what's up?
i'm not even sure, just feel rather down... keep feeling .... sad randomly
Well surely something has to be causing it?
Maybe just take time out from things to relax, just maybe it's something at the back of your mind. Everyone has times like that, I think. Well I do but normally there is something I'm worrying about.
Havn't felt like it since january though, i don't know whats making me feel this way
if ure not sure wats causing it then i suggest COMFORT EAT ;] or just have a nice long soak in the bath.
Yer baths are always nice and relaxing orr music, that's good for some people. Or maybe talk to a good friend, one that can listen while you just talk, it can clear your mind ;]
i'm avoiding talking to a friend, i know two of them scan this forum for intresting posts and hope they don't pick up on it..
I'm not really a bath person but thanks anyway :)
Try talking to someone, not someone you don't want to speak to, a parent or something?
Connexions Direct always have advisors online untill 2am. They can arrange for you to go and have a 1-1 chat in confidence with an adviser at your nearest Connexions Center.
I also found this page on depression which might help you. http://www.connexions-direct.com/ind...eContentID=348
I hope you feel better soon. Cheer up :)
thanks, i used connexions last year. i try to keep the fact i have depressive momments to myself and not let anyoneknow. which is why i'm worriednow that someone i know will read this and end up pressuring me to talk
Thankyou anyway +Rep
tug ya wang abit
do something constructive, try new activities, do something which will cheer you up.
it may be something making you feel down, so if it does continue, id suggest speaking to someone about it.
but at the moment, try doing something to cheer yourself up, spoil yourself. ;)
Surprise yourself!
By that, I mean do something you usually wouldn't.
Try enrolling yourself into a local club, or team.
If confidence is what you need, finding something you're good at is the way to do it, imo.
If you think this is just a quick phase that will pass, i agree with others- comfort eat!
Or do something that will take your mind off the phase- or even something that'll make the phase pass quicker.
I reccommend www.HabboxLive.com for some light music and cool parties with a fun atmosphere!
Guaranteed to lift your mood ;P!
Also, you could do something you've been telling yourself you'll do for ages.
Like... have a clear-out of your old clothes! Donate some to charity- a great feeling comes from this!
You could actually go out with that old friend you haven't seen for months.
Anything!- just make sure you do something ;D!
good luck!
