I don't really think there is a age for all, but I think you have to be over 16/18 for paypal but no one really listens :SQuote:

You dont need to be 18 to have a PP a/c my PP a/c i've had since 2002 (im 16) so i was 10/11 im sure when i registered it to my bank a/c
If you owned a vB and it was registered to your name, and your PP was registered to mum and sold VIP its LEGAL as they cant tell really and it doesnt really matter.
