I suggest you buy smaller items that you can then sell for cash, or even buy the cash itself and buy a phat. It's alot less risky on both parties interest.

yeh, buy mill's to build up to a party hat so you wouldn't get scammed, unless you use a safe method like cheque or bank payment.
