My headmisters, is trying to break my mates friendship ;l, I dunno why, but can i ask if it illegal or not? about 30 of us are wanted to egg the school atm, but we wanna know if there a better way @;

Well, headmasters always have a higher authority.
Is there some form of education board you can go to launch a complaint?
I highly doubt your headmaster will try and break up your friendship. It just wouldn't happen in a school community. Egging the school with 30 people is just rediculous, you would get caught and punished :)

Well I'm sure there is some form of authority above the headmaster, unless there is a completely different system over there where headmasters rule the schools and thats it.
You never know, some headmasters can do some funny things. It's possible, plus we don't know the situation to accuse people of not telling the truth, sir.Quote:

It all depends on what mean's your headteacher is using to 'stop' your friendship?
the police would probably only ever do anything if anyone was hit etc, i'd advise if you want to file a complaint to get in touch with your local council or the council the school comes under.
and if you carry on doing that, then your headteacher will probably file a complaint for harassment and you will get in crap.Quote:

a teacher isnt allowed to physically harm/touch a student. so yh, on that basis, you could get that teacher done. but sometimes teachrs do it on accident not thinking of what they are doing, so if reporting on that basis, thats kinda harsh on that teacher.
but as you said dragging, then yh, a teacher is not allowed to do that.

yes they are not allowed to physically punish you etc like that. depending how he / she dragged you would determine whether it was illigal or not, i.e GBH. However, they are breaking their rules of teaching by doing that to you.Quote:

Nothing wont happen to you for some eggs.
There alot of CCTV, so i gonna have to go in with lots of people with hoodys (H)
