I hate her homophobic family

Well my ex's family found out about me and her going out. Now her family hates me for being a lesbian. Her family like loved me before they knew about it! They hate me...they won't let her come over to my house anymore. This was like 3 months ago they found out, but today I just found out that her family hates me for being a lesbian.
Her exact words were "my family hates you and won't let me come over." I really wonder if she even tried to convince them otherwise...or if she just hates me too. People say nothing good comes from dating a friend and I guess that it's true.

Does anybody have any clue how I can make her family stop hateing me or something?

Anyway, perhaps you could try talk to her parents or something whilst shes out. Or perhaps write a letter, and tell them how you feel etc. That could be a good idea, because they would be more likely to read that, if you get me.

I hope it gets sorted.

She's got my game still...I'll ask my mom if we can go pick it up and then maybe while I'm there I'll say something to her parents/give them a letter and then leave. :P

It's not really for you to sort out, it should be your girlfriend's--it's her family.

Well if they really do hate you for your sexuality, theres not much you can do, just hope they will learn to accept you in time :S If nothing happens, you should move on, it isnt your fault, theres not point in making yourself feel worse because of their hatred

Is she worth it? Really? Why bother if her family and possibly her hate you? I'm sure she doesn't but if your going out with her, her family may even be shouting at her day and night for being a Lesbian aswell.. If you love her that much, then I suggest you arange to meet secretly, if she loves you, she will come without hesitating, if she doesn't she will hesitate and then come, or not come at all.

she's my ex. and I'm not even sure that she likes me as a friend anymore. she talks to me in school, but not often.

IMO parents in this present day aren't used to gay people. That's why alot of parents are homophobic and don't want their children being gay. There is more gay-like things today than there was then, like pride celebrations etc.

Idk but me and her are staying friends and we're ganna try to stick it out until one of us can drive and by that time we'll be able to say "forget parents we're hanging out anyways!" lol

If she really wanted you around she would speak with her parents.
But then again I do understand that her parents are the way they are.
