No one says it's going to be the badge that's 'massed' to every user. There's lots of xmas badges which weren't given out in mass, like the elf, reindeer's and santa badges and a few more. I doubt this'll be given to everyone, I think it'll be used in quests or a xmas 'Zap me' session. I think the new badge that's 'massed' will be the same badge but instead of 2006, 2007.

Why does everyone assume it's going to be a mass badge?
Personally I think Habbo have learned from their mistake, plus, as was said in December when it was given out, you don't see that many Habbos with the 2006 badge much more :p
