I think 2 because its a hosting company and its got little :) and stuff when its like a bussiness, i know its just there to make things to seem happy.
Well do u see it on any outher Hosting company?
But in some things i beleve its jst a hosting site nothing special
No, all my files were "gone" and deleted somehow, the server goes down alot and I have monitoring reports for TehUpload that proves that.

I agree with Denta there.
I've been hosted with them before. I even lost all domain references.
All trustable hosts will have a backup server with backup data including your files
and references.

Yes, but they still keep backup files for the hosts references with tracks of ip.
And if necessary the host and ask to access them files to find what they need.
They use this for proof against:
- Plagarism
- Pornographc & Vulgar Material which is unsuitable for web use.
- Other offencible items uploaded.
Well I have a backup of tehupload but im not sure how old it is - I know its got the database and files :p

I had a quick rummage through my backups directory and I found tehuploads file.
This has been restored and now is online.
I think QunexHost is professional. Well run and I get support when I need it. No waiting times and server is hardly down for me.

I am with them but do not have an uptime monitor. In the months (3 or 4) I have been hosted with them I have experienced NO downtime.

The statement on the TOS is just in case something goes wrong with the backups or something. I do keep backups and tehuploads has been restored. Now if you would please stop bad mouthing my site it would be apprechiated.

There are some things that stay the same in any business. Such as the fact that you shouldnt get drawn into arguments with your potential customers and you should maintain a professional attitude.
