I need abit of Rep help...

Ok, from what I've heard a Green Box means it's a Good Rep, a Sliver/Grey Box is a Neutral Rep and a Red Box is a Bad Rep. So can someone look at this screenie and tell me why people have given me Bad Reps and not left a comment...

I haven't done anything to anyone, and if I have please say - I try to be nice in each of my posts so I don't understand why people shouldn't like me. Here's another screenie...

I don't really care about Rep but what if I want to buy creds for rares, they may not trust me. It's nice to see people giving me Good Reps to make up for the Bad ones ;).

I think only staff should be allowed to give rep, and if there is still a problem, then only trustworthy people should be allowed
