Nick- doesn't deal with adding VIP subscriptions as far as I know and nvrspk4 is away at the moment.

Try contacting one of the (Assistant) General Managers about it if you don't get a response from any of the VIP Editors for a while. I'm unsure if they will be able to handle the situation, if they don't, you might have to wait until nvrspk sorts it out.

Nick doesnt add the vip to accounts Nvr does, and as he is away you will have to wait untill he comes back for the VIP to be added to your account.
