Nice design you've got there, and great colour choice. I'd maybe change the background to something that is more 'open', because the current one makes it looks very small. Maybe the clouds background? It gives off good first impressions!
Also, fill the layout with dummy text. I use Lorem Ipsum, found at http://Lipsum.com.

d17c in some repesects it is coded in php and in others its not some of the parts are php for example the main content bit.
