ive come up with like food posining but cant think of wut i could of had that would of done that for 3 days

Or "I've recently suffered a bereavement, I'd like a few days of to grieve".
would of been a good one that garion but ive all ready had the 3 days off xD and rang in on first day saying im feeling very ill and i was up all night beign sick
so like that narrows things down

Well at our school we have a big case of the 'Winter Vomiting Virus'. So just say you went to the doctors and he said you have the symptoms of that so you wont be in for a couple of days. By the way, your basically vomiting every hour and you also have the runs. >.>
So yeah, just say you don't want to spread it around your work.
I had food poisoning for 3 days last week lol. I had some funky chicken.
