I recently made a band T-SHIRT for my friend online as I just couldn't find the right one!
If you just google T-SHIRT prints, or something along those lines, you'll find a website which just allows you to upload any images you want on the shirt, add text, ect.
It turned out to be really good quality and my friend loved it.
