A year ago Microsoft released a HD-DVD add-on for the 360 that plays HD-DVD movies, about a year later and they have yet to use HD-DVD for games. Sure the visuals are brillaint without it, but it'd mean a little bit more storage and stuff.Quote:

I don't why people think the PS3 is "terrible", it may be a bit "pricey" but its an amazing system.
Compared to my Xbox 360, the PS3 has superior graphics and speed on Call of Duty 4.

Who said the PS3 was terrible? The price tag is stupid because you're forced to have blu-ray which is only good for HDTVs and the extra storage on disks (which you don't even control so nothing changes)
PS3 has better graphics but NO way is it faster, the 360 is more powerful than the PS3 but the PS3 has better graphics, COD4 looks exactly the same on both systems :rolleyes:

Yes the PS3 is a tad expensive, but having blu-ray is amazing if you have an HDTV, I now use my PS3 as the hub of my multimedia center, it being the blu-ray player.. in which the 360 also has an HD-DVD player, so now my new Dell XPS 420 is the media center PC, which makes everything better, and all networked.
I know Wii FIT isn't out, it was revealed at E3 this past year I believe (2007), but I don't see the point in it..

That's the thing blu-ray is only good with a HDTV, why pay extra to have a better quality picture when it's fine as it is? Why pay extra for a DVD player that you wont use for it's real purpose?Quote:

It's a new form of gaming, they can expand on it, like purple said you could learn around on it to dodge bullets and stuff in action games, just because the game that comes with it is called Wii Fit it doesn't mean that's all the pad can be used for
I got a HDTV for Christmas just because it looked stylish and my Mum wanted to kick me out of the living room :(

That's why I got the Wii, they're fun as hell and even though people say the graphics are rubbish (those people obviously haven't played it before) I have to say they're pretty amazing, way better than PS2 and maybe xbox, not as good as the 360 and PS3 obviously but who cares, Wii Sports is so fun to play xDQuote:
