yeah, mine are on a piece of paper.. come to think of it I can't remember where i've put them anyway.

I don't trust anything to save all my password digitally. I write them on paper and lock them in my safe, not that i'd forget them anyway :)
The only password programs I trust is Steganos Password Manager and Firefox.
firefox remembers mine for me.
