GEORGE is only a moderating program... like all things automatic, it needs someone there to monitor it... when you get banned for swearing.. it isnt GEORGE that bans you, GEORGE only suggests to an ONLINE Mod, that somthing bad is going on, a Mod will then look at the speech and take action.

Yes, I've seen screenshots of it. MODs can use that without logging in, as it's a program (or a java based application).

yeah like the others said they dont actually need to be online to be moderating the hotel because they have this housekeeping thing or something. :) lol. its nice of you to post it though because i don't remember the last time there was a moderator offline.

They have george, which Xavier kindly explained what it is. I'm 99% sure it has the functions to ban, kick etc... to Habbos, therefore they don't need to be logged in. Housekeeping is web based, which requires a login but not the Habbo client login.

If they had to be logged in, why have housekeeping for certain things.

Some people have found out, the ways they moderate, ie, george and housekeeping. I used to have loads of images of george and HK but I reformated my laptop. :@

I bet someone has already posted this, but I really can't be bothered looking through the posts, soz.

MODs can and do moderate without being on the hotel. MOD-Hermione and MOD-Sailor both do it a lot, I've sent quite a few CFH's when there has been no MOD on and then I get a reply, and it is dealt with.

One time there was something unacceptable on a sticky, I reported that and MOD-Hermione answered me saying "thanks, i'll be there as soon as I can", and 5 minutes later she came on and delteted it, then logged back off the hotel again.

So yeah, although there was no mod actually on the hotel, it was still being moderated somehow.

I believe they have an automated system witch picks up certain keywords and auto bans you / warns you appropriately , It's called the allseeingeye ;)

Yeah I think you're correct there, but everyone's on the right lines anyway.

http://www.status.yourhabbo.co.uk hasn't updated the staff members on there for a while, and along with what Ecoutez says, there is probably Moderators we don't know.
