Layout rate and slate

Hello, i just made this layout (2min job)

This is good but i cant see it going as a fansite :S not sure why maby add some effects

if i had it coded it would look beter and it would Be better in design it would make a quite fancy Layout as i said Dosent have to be for habbo!

The layout is a bit dated. I cant really comment on this layout to be honest, there is no; stucture of dummy text, images, naviagtion etc. I'm not sure if that is the accurate copy as the layout looks blurred.

Could you please reply with more details to the design if this is a WIP?

It's way too plain. Not enough effects. It could have passed on a fansite a couple of years ago, but not anymore.

Can u use a black water mark in future, im not sure whether the colours look off or not

it is a wip and i will be adding Habbo stuff to it

I'd give it 5/10. It looks quite bland to me, however, as you say it is a WIP. It takes me back to the 'old designs' of fansites.
