Yes, my sister has one. Never gets used, novelty wore off after a few hours of Wii Sports and Play. Super Mario Galaxy is awesome, but COD4's multiplayer has more of my attention at the minute.

i got it for my birthday in july i played it for about a week and it got boring
I've had one since launch in december 06. I don't care what anyone says, the 'novelty' hasn't worn off for me at all. The Wii is perfect, it's a lot of fun. I can't wait for Brawl, Mario Kart and Monster Hunter 3. :)
Wii games are much better than 360/PS3 in my opinion. None of this repetitive shooting crap. More choice.

I've had mine since September 07. I didn't play on it much but I got Guitar Hero 3 for Christmas and I'm on it everyday now more or less :). Also, does this thread need a poll?

I think that goes with most games aswell although I can see where the Wii would have an advantage. I think its just fun to watch other people try and fail to beat you though which is why Live and PSN and Wiionline (whatever its called :) ) are so sucessful!Quote:

Yep, got one. I don't play it alot but it's useful to have in the living room. When I want to watch YouTube videos you're only seconds away from doing that, which beats have a tv computer. It's not just for games and novlety, there are other uses... Browsing the internet is probably my biggest use.
Yeah, I use it to check the weather/news when I cba turning on my PC.
