U get a 120gb hardrive - Elite
20gb - Premium
so if u download etc go for it.
Bigger harddrive , 100gb more. Hdmi cable. NEW COLOUR!!!11
It is better because it has better HD options and it's cheaper because if ever want the 120Gb HD you're gonna save alot more money

TBH i would get the Premium. Just by the sheer fact that it's cheaper in the long run.
