Looks nice, you've got a sence for typographic designs, I'd suggest keep doing these things ;).
At school, one of my projects is to make a movie (in final cut pro), a typographic movie about the movie "gone in 60 seconds".
Basicly no video/images alloud, only the sound & plain text.

Why don't you watermark it? Someone might rip it.
BUT sarcasm and dodgey watermarks aside, I think its pretty good.
Rethink:
- The login/register buttons in the welcome box. They don't stand out enough and get lost in there.
- There's going to be too much white space under the orange login box if its left how it is. Are you going to let content wrap under it? if not its going to look VERY empty.
