How much do you weigh, and what band do you fit in on the table below?

For me I'm 11.5 stone and nearly 6' so im ok :P

According to that chart, I'm just underweight.

That chart is abit wrong... muscle weighs 3 times more than fat so according to that i'm... fat :S

Which from what I can see I'm not.

12 & half stone - 175lbs at 6 foot.
