I don't think anyone would code it in DIVS for free. You'll be lucky to find someone kind enough to code it for free haha :p

I think he was referring to the fact he said "whatever" at the end. As if he didn't care about it.
I think that sounds more as if he's desperate to get it coded - meaning if you can code, code it however you wish.

Yeah both to be honest. Its like hes giving us an opporunity to do it. asif we wouldnt have anything else to do. Its hard to explain.

Yea, he's saying it as in: DIVS, OR Iframes or expandables. whatever so hes abiously saying he doesn't have a clue on what you should code it in... I dont think he meant it in a rude way :)
