If you could go back to any music era, what would it be and why?
I'd love to have seen queen in the 70s, their concerts look amazing on Youtube.

19th Century. Beethoven's concert's would've been awesome.
Edit: Actually, I may go turn of the 19th Century; then I could see Mozart's concerts too.
80s :8
I wouldnt go back. :)
i'd go back to the early noughties, although it was just a few years out of my reach
libertine's are revolutionising british indie..
guerilla gigs are everwhere
uk garage is booming
i'd be in heaven
well tbh most of the music i like and listen to is no more than about 5-6 years old. so i dont think id want to go back to any music era
I'd go to the 80s also
80s .
70's, possibly 80's.
I'd like to do the 70s, 80s and 90s. Even though I already did the 90s, you can only extract so much from it when your pre-double figures.
1800s - The height of the romantic period.
Would love the ballets and ridiculously emotional orchestral stuff (Tchaikovsky etc)
The guitar music of the period was amazing (Tarrega, Guilliani etc) especially the Spanish influenced stuff.
Classical music died in the 1900s - I blame Schoenberg!!!! Music nowadays is pretty crap. I dislike pretty much everything in the charts.
when was queen around?
THENN
1950's seeing the rat pack in their prime.
That would of been pretty sweet. :)
the latest music tbh.
1980s.
80's (H)
90's i guess, but im completely fine with today's music. i'd probably die in the 80's. i'd listen to stereotypical commercialized rap over 80's metal any day. in my mind, the only really good things that came out of the 80's was sonic youth, the pixies, the smiths and rem.
Really tough choice but i would have loved to go back to 70s to see Led Zeppelin + Sabbath :)
70s or 80s. When I go to see Cardiff play away they have that music on the bus and I'm like "This is well good"
I listen to loads of 90s pop and loved the 90s in general but a lot of recent music is great too. Probably 90s though for the pop and rap scenes
gaaaaah, "in the aeroplane over the sea" by neutral milk hotel turned 10 yesterday. so few people have seen them, they were so small back then, and jeff mangum will never ever tour again. i'd kill to see them.
