I have no idea why, i just do. Something is missing from my life but i don't know what and it's making me feel empty. My head is messed, i keep seeing images of myself commiting suicide. I've even considered once or twice just because i feel that depressed.
Can somebody please help?
i get the same thing every few weeks. nobody has an answer apart from "get out more", "get a girlfriend" or "speak to a shrink"

Yeah try and find something to occupy yourself with. Mind-numbing boredom can be incredibly depressing. I mentioned it in another thread in this forum, but I'd suggest maybe going for a jog while listening to some music.

You could buy a small little book and when something makes you feel down, write in it?
Personally, I have a small book and i write things in it that make me smile, just to cheer me up when i feel down and upset. It used to work all of the time :) doesnt so much now cos a lot of it just brings back memories that upsets me more, so sticky situation really.
But honestly, find a friend an adult or anyone to talk to :)

Getting out more with your friends would help.
Do something stupid and random, like skinny-dipping or something. I'm not even joking, it will cheer you up.

2) go to a gym (good hobby)
3) get a gf or a **** buddy
4) get a pet
It's not worth it. You may think it is but it isnt i always feel like just killing myself and i just cant stop thinking bout it most the time but i would never do it.Quote:

I get the same way sometimes. I'm depressed because the girl I dated back in 2004 died on Dec. 5th 2005 from brain cancer (she was 18, had it removed when she was younger but it grew back).Quote:

Back to you, and sorry for going on about myself.
What I do when I get that way is go to the local bar and have a few beers, chat with the bartender or the cook or watch the hockey/football (not soccer, football) game on the TV's.
Seeing as I don't know how old you are, I'd suggest talking to an adult. I never did because my parents would go overboard and send me to a shrink because depression/suicide runs in my moms side of the family, but only one member of the family actually went through with suicide.
I just bottled it up, which really isn't good to do.
Learn from my mistakes. Talk to an adult about it, or if you're ok with it, go see a psychiatrist. It can really help sometimes to just let everything out.
