Sounds like a load of bull to me, especially since it's one of the Microsoft developers. You wouldn't trust it if one of the Sony developers said that, so why trust them? Also the fact he has no relation with Rockstar at all, he was an ex EA Games developer.
Seems a bit of a stupid idea if they do that. If anything, the PS3 which is supposed to have more power than the Xbox 360 would have added features like that. But as Awfy said, it's not from a very reliable sourse.
But didn't Microsoft pay Rockstar for 'added features'? You never know... Microsoft might have paid Rockstar to only let them have online so people who wanted to play GTA online would buy a 360.

Rockstar have been producing GTA for PS before the Xbox, and Microsoft just think they can take that away from PS?
Also, Micrsoft bought Bungi just before they released Halo.. making Halo a Microsoft only game :(
PS3 will have online but you need to buy GTA IV Online and if you want to play story mode you play the original then when you want online you swap discs. Pretty pointless :$.

Meh , i reckon it'll be an all in one package. There is a big chance that it would've already been on pre order.
Lets just put it this way, microsoft fail. They can't make there own games so they have to buy them premade.
