That's not exactly "PUNCH IN YOUR FACE" rude... That is acceptable and doesn't break any rules. It's amusing if anything, but not rude. If anyone gets discusted by that then they have issues :S

Ok, so it's maybe slightly inappropriate. But it's not like anyone aged 11+ wouldn't know what it means, I'm sure they wouldn't take offense of it. If you can find someone who is genuinely offended by that avatar then fair enough, but removing that is just someone looking for logs or whatever.

Here's an idea, how about the Moderators actually CONTACT the users about 'pressing charges' against another user who might be offending him, or could just be joking about. Maybe that would make HabboxForum a better place... And then maybe, just maybe, the Moderators wouldn't be under so much fire.
I find it more funny then anything else.
May i add us Moderators cannot do anything but report avatars its down to the Super Moderators to take action, if any.
I don't think the image in question is inappropriate at all. However, that's only my opinion. I don't think any users will be upset or disgusted or whatever by seeing this small humerous image in someones avatar.
Well... The only way I can see it being inappropriate to someone, is if you were Mario's or Peach's parents. I doubt they'd appreciate it tbh.

Well you'll find 95% of this forums population would actually find that rather humorous. I think you need to realise you're on a forum for teenagers, not adults. Plus, we're not in school either so there's no need to treat these forums like a playground, pulling every single person over and telling them off. If you haven't noticed, it actually irritates some users quite a bit.

Although I usually hate to follow the masses, I would have to agree on this occasion. If there was many complaints or it was plainly vulgar or in bad taste then yes, by all means take it, but that was simply a cartoon image.
I've seen alts of naked habbos, and yet they stayed and were commented on by a moderator. You seem to have a lot of double standards.
If it's so inappropriate it would have been edited out of his post when he re-posted it.

Sorry to point out this, but the current position is that it's a 9 to 4 rate on the avatar being allowed. Maybe it's time to make some sort of amendment on your judgement?
