Its right at the bottom i think it all looks nice and tidy, The shoutbox is there for occasions where we have staff as of such or where people just all interact :)

And I respect the idea about staff interacting with the users.
Not many forums do that.. They just install shoutboxes because they're vB Hack addicts. Will definately sign up now :)

I made 50 posts to get into arcade, then Ross knew I done 50 JUST to get into arcade and I'm playing and he banned the arcade for me :l
