I got to keep this short and i don't wana go into detail. Two days ago i had to stay around my nans and i woke up and she was stood in front of me naked, she tried coming onto and asked me to have sex, i pushed her off and said no. Now i'm at home and don't know what to do.

If this is true, which I highly doubt. I would say your nan has serious mental problems and you need to get her checked out as soon as possible.
